From unused land to a predictable source of revenue
Do you have land that is not being used, or capital that you want to put to work to generate a predictable return? Since 2011, we have been developing ground-mounted solar projects for landowners who wish to lease out their land, and for investors seeking reliable returns.
We handle everything: from the initial site analysis, permits and financing to construction, commissioning, and ongoing operation. You do not have to worry about a thing, except deciding which role is right for you.
Your opportunities in project development
Become a co-investor in photovoltaics
If the base rent alone is not enough for you: you can also invest in the system and share in the electricity revenue. That also means you will have a say in the planning process, for instance regarding the technical design of the system.
You will therefore be taking on a calculable amount of additional risk, but in return, you also have the chance of earning a higher return than you would with a simple lease. As with any investment, there is a residual risk: we will assess this together with you and provide you with open and transparent advice on the matter.
Lease out solar land – Lease income without investment risk
You make your unused land available. We plan, finance, build, and operate the system. In return, you receive a fixed lease payment for the entire term of the contract – regardless of how much electricity the system actually generates.
In specific terms, this means: no capital is required on your part. You carry no risk. No paperwork for you to worry about – a detailed lease agreement covers everything for the entire term. Advance payment is also available on request.
Reference project: Scholtenhof agricultural ground-mounted system in Uedem
An agricultural ground-mounted system with a capacity of 2,025 kWp was built on the Scholtenhof farm in Uedem, which feeds all the electricity it generates into the grid. The particular challenge with this project: there was only a narrow time window available for construction, while the farm continued to operate as usual. We designed and coordinated the installation in such a way that it disrupted day-to-day farm operations as little as possible. The system became operational in May 2026.
For more information, see the References section, where you will also find our other projects.
Do you view your photovoltaic project as more than just an investment, and also as a way to underpin your business strategy – among other things, by taking advantage of the benefits of self-consumption? We offer industrial and commercial customers separate leasing and electricity supply models as well as turnkey systems for this purpose – see the respective sections for more details.

How will your photovoltaic project unfold - from initial site analysis to operation
1. Consultation & analysis
With landowners, the process begins with a technical examination of the land to ensure compliance with building regulations. According to the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG), suitable sites include conversion sites (former military bases, industrial brownfield sites, landfill sites), commercial sites, and agricultural land measuring some 1–2 hectares or more etc. When considering an investment, we also take into account the preferred level of investment and explore the economic potential.
2. Planning & financing
We handle the technical design, all permits, and the feasibility analysis. You will not incur any costs as the owner of the land – we will cover the entire cost of the system. As an investor, you can get involved with the project at this early stage; we will also advise you on financing options.
3. Execution & commissioning
From detailed planning to grid connection and turnkey construction – we coordinate all the parties involved. You do not have to worry about a thing.
4. Operation & success
We remain responsible even after that stage: technical management, performance monitoring, and regular maintenance. Above all, this results in a seamless process for you the lessor throughout the entire term of the lease – your lease income remains unaffected, as it is contractually fixed and independent of the actual output of the system. Moreover investors also benefit directly from optimum performance, as this has a direct impact on yields.
