Ground-mounted systems – Sustainable use of unused land
PV² Energie develops turnkey ground-mounted photovoltaic systems and handles every stage of the project, from planning to operation. As a landowner, you can lease out your unused land and generate stable, long-term income – or participate as a co-investor to share in the returns and help shape the project.

Your path to a solar system
Regardless of which of the three models you opt for, the process follows the same four steps:
1. Consultation & analysis:
We assess your current situation with regard to your investment goals and available space. Based on this, we will work with you to determine which of the three models best suits your situation.
2. Planning & financing:
We develop a technical concept and assess its economic feasibility. Depending on the model you choose, we will work with you to develop the right financing or contractual structure – whether equity, leasing, contracting, or a leasehold agreement.
3. Implementation & commissioning:
We handle the entire implementation process: Detailed design, permits, grid connection, and turnkey installation, including coordination of all parties involved.
4. Operation & success:
Even after commissioning, we remain responsible: technical operations management, performance monitoring and regular maintenance for permanently economical operation.
